Water Therapy

 Aquatic Bodywork 

 

This is a practice of movement and surrender that includes gentle stretching and massage, releases muscle tension and takes you away to a transcendent state. It's a healing therapy for the body, mind, and soul that brings a state of profound aquatic relaxation, playfulness, harmony and peace.

 

As a receiver you are in the gravity-less state merging with the warm water and being held in the nurturing arms. You become one with everything that is surrounding you. The body feels completely weightless, you lose all feeling in your body and transform into a floating consciousness without form. The mind loses all sense of time and space as your brain waves move into a theta state, deep meditative state. Many people experience a feeling of floating in the Universe or in the womb of mother, and everyone leaves with a deep and lasting sense of relaxation.
